Refund & Return Policy
At Epic Design Pads, we take great pride in creating custom desk mats and mousepads made to your exact specifications. Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@epicdesignpads.com. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Returns
As all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items. This includes any change of mind, size, or color preference. Please ensure that your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items, including special orders. If you have any questions about your order before purchase, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your product for another, the best way is to initiate a return process for the current item (if applicable). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please contact us if you'd like to initiate this process.
Refunds
If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
