Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Is my personal information safe?

It's safe to shop with us.

EPD offers the highest security solutions to protect your personal information. 

Your credit card and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is used on the internet for payments to be processed safely.

How do I clean my desk mat?

As the proud owner of Epic Design Pads, you can keep your desk mat looking like new by following our simple cleaning instructions. With regular care and maintenance, you can extend the lifespan of your desk mat and enjoy its benefits for even longer.

How can I fit my entire image onto the mousepad using the cropping tool without it getting trimmed or cropped?

If your image doesn't fit our mousepad size, send it to with your preferred size, we will adjust it to fit.

If you're a graphic designer or familiar with using the Photoshop application, these templates are here to assist you in crafting your designs or ensuring they seamlessly adapt to the cropping tool without any loss of content.

We offer templates in various sizes:

  • M Size (70x30cm or 27.56x11.81 inches): PSD link

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic Shipping: 3-6 business days

Standard International Shipping: 12-24 business days. 

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

How do I check my tracking number?

After you have made your purchase with us, please allow 1-3 business days for processing (Printing, Stitching, Packaging and Quality Control). 

Once those processes are completed, you will receive your tracking number via Email and SMS (Text Message). 

You can track your shipment on our website, simply click or press the top menu button: "TRACK YOUR ORDER"

Why there has been no update on my tracking?

We are here to assist you.

If it has been more than three days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at for further assistance.

When will I receive my tracking number?

We process your order within 1-2 business days.

We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What to do?

Providing a good shipping address is your responsibility.

Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you realize that you have provided us with the wrong shipping information.

As per our Refund/Exchange policy, once the order has shipped, it's considered sold, and it's the customer's responsibility to give a proper shipping address. Therefore, the best advice we can offer is to contact the carrier right away to ask if it's possible to modify the shipping address or to place a hold for you to pick it up at your convenience.


What types of payment are you accepting?

We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and ApplePay as payment methods.

We are NOT accepting cash on delivery.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or PayPal account. 

The process may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at with photos of the item(s) and photos of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement, at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

What is EPD Refund/Return Policy?

Damage during shipping: Please contact us immediately, and we will send you a replacement. 

Dissatisfaction or Size issues: Please contact us, and we will provide you with return instructions.
We allow 30 days after delivery to acknowledge us with an issue.
