How can I contact Epic Design Pads?

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we've been there too! However, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it after 12 hours.

If the item(s) don't work out, you can still return them for a refund or exchange them for something you'll love. Just let us know how we can help.

Is my personal information safe?

Custom Mousepads

How can I fit my entire image onto the mousepad using the cropping tool without it getting trimmed or cropped?

If your image doesn't fit our mousepad size, send it to support@epicdesignpads.com with your preferred size, we will adjust it to fit.

Is it possible to request a custom mousepad size that is not currently offered on your website?

Absolutely! If you have a specific request, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and make it happen.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer free, no-obligation quotes. Simply send us an email at support@epicdesignpads.com with your request, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

It takes 1-5 business days to process an order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days

Standard International Shipping: 12-24 business days. 

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

How do I check my tracking number?

EpicDesignPads can track it for you.

After you have made your purchase with us, please allow 3-4 business days for processing (Printing, Stitching, Packaging and Quality Control). 

Once those processes are completed, you will receive your tracking number via Email and SMS (Text Message). 

You can track your shipment on our website, simply click or press the top menu button: "TRACK YOUR ORDER"

Why there has been no update on my tracking?

We are here to assist you.

If it has been more than three days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at support@epicdesignpads.com for further assistance.

When will I receive my tracking number?

EpicDesignPads needs to manufacture your mousepads before shipping.

We allow 12 hours for our customers to cancel their order.

After that 12 hours, we will process your order and get it ready for shipping. Which take 3-4 business days.

We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships."

I entered the wrong shipping address. What to do?

Providing a good shipping address is your responsibility.

Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you realize that you have provided us with the wrong shipping information.

We allow 12 hours for the customers to cancel or exchange their order. During that period, we can modify the address for you.

As per our Refund/Exchange policy, Once the order has shipped, it's considered sold, and it's the customer's responsibility to give a proper shipping address. Therefore, the best advice we can offer is to contact the carrier right away to ask if it's possible to modify the shipping address or to place a hold for you to pick it up at your convenience.

Payments

What types of payment are you accepting?

We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and ApplePay as payment methods.

We are NOT accepting cash on delivery.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or PayPal account. 

The process may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer.

Why the colors of the mousepad I received look different than the one from the website?

Please note that the colors you see on your device may not be an exact match to the actual colors of the product you will receive. Monitors and portable devices have different color display capabilities, and individuals may perceive colors differently.

We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible.

EpicDesignPads cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device accurately portrays the actual color of the product you will receive.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@epicdesignpads.com with photos of the item(s) and photos of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement, at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

What is EpicDesignPads Refund/Return Policy?

To ensure timely production, orders must be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please note that all of our products are made to order, and our team works hard to create the best possible products for our customers.

However, upon reception of your order, in those different cases:

Damage during shipping: Please contact us immediately, and we will send you a replacement. 

Dissatisfaction or Size issues: Please contact us, and we will provide you with return instructions.
We allow 30 days after delivery to acknowledge us with an issue.
