2. How do I clean the Esport Pro Series 490 mousepad?
Cleaning is simple: use a damp microfiber cloth with warm water and mild dish soap to wipe the surface gently. Let it air dry flat; do not put it in the washing machine or dryer as this can damage the rubber backing.
3. Will the edges irritate my wrist?
No, we use a premium low-profile micro-stitch that sits flush with or slightly below the surface of the pad. You can glide your arm across the edge for hours without feeling that annoying scratching sensation found on cheaper pads.
4. How long does it take for the pad to flatten out?
Because of our high-quality rubber base and "rolled, not folded" shipping method, the pad should lay flat almost immediately. If there is any slight curl, it will naturally settle completely flat within 24 hours of use.
