How thick are Epic desk mats and playmats?
Regular desk mats and custom playmats are 3 mm thick. RGB mats and Pro mousepads are 4 mm thick.
Does the artwork checker upload my image?
No. The image is decoded and previewed inside your browser. This page does not send the selected file to a server.
Does a strong result guarantee the final print?
No. The result is a mathematical planning estimate. Compression, tiny lettering, artifacts, and the final product crop still need visual review.
What happens if my artwork is low resolution?
If our team confirms that the file is too small for the ordered print size, we will upscale it at no extra charge during artwork review. If you want us to use the original file unchanged, email support@epicdesignpads.com after ordering with your order number. Use the largest original you have because upscaling cannot restore every missing detail.
Can Epic make a custom desk mat or playmat size?
Yes. Custom sizes are reviewed case by case and may have different pricing or production time. Email support@epicdesignpads.com with the exact dimensions in centimeters or inches, your artwork or an Epic design link, and the product type you need.
